Ithihasa is a 2014 Malayalam comedy film written by Aneesh Lee Ashok and directed by Binu S.[1] Loosely based on the Hollywood movie The Hot Chick, it tells the story of body swapping between a conservative young software professional girl and an easy going young petty thief.

Anjali, whose sister Geeta has committed suicide, is haunted by her spirit upon her return to her mother’s home. When psychologist Dr Sunny tries to help Anjali, he makes a shocking discovery.
